Most custom websites take 3–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. Mobile apps take 6–12 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline with milestones before we start.
Do you work with businesses outside Thailand?
Yes. About 40% of our clients are international — UK, Singapore, Australia. We work async across time zones with daily Slack updates.
What happens after launch?
All projects include 30 days of post-launch support. We fix bugs, handle edge cases, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Extended support retainers are available.
Can I track my project progress?
Yes — that is our biggest differentiator. Every client gets a dashboard where they can see real-time milestone updates, notes from the team, and project status.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. 50% upfront to begin, 50% on launch. For retainers, the first month is billed upfront, then monthly.
